About the event
The three reception chambers, with their Jacobean plasterwork and two intriguing fireplaces, will be open. There will be leaflets available to help you understand the building and Chester Civic Trust members will be present to answer your questions. Come along and view the creativity of the woodcarvers, who made the reliefs in the attic storeys of this town house. Skysnappers Aerial Photography and Film have extensively photographed these carvings using a drone. For the first time in over four hundred years, these carvings can be seen clearly in the images. The Civic Trust is asking you to vote for your favourite carving.
Refreshments will be served for which a small cash donation would be appreciated.
Bishop Lloyd's Palace is accessed from Row level, next to Rainforest.
