About the event
Completed in 1875, a fine example of Thirteenth Century Early English style, by Edmund Kirby. Refurbished in 2002. Stained glass windows. Much acclaimed 3 manual Binns/Sixsmith organ installed 2004. Visitors will receive notes giving a short history of the church and a plan showing its significant features. At each feature there will be more information. The visitors will be on a self-guided tour, though stewards will be present to answer questions.
Building will be open:
Monday 09 September; 1400-1600. Tuesday 10 September; 1400-1600. Wednesday 11 September; 1400-1600. Thursday 12 September; 1400-1600. Friday 13 September;1400-1600.
This is a drop in event, no need to book. The venue is fully accessible.
