The Inland Waterways Association will have a staffed exhibition at Tower Wharf about the history of the canal, its present challenges and what the future might hold for Chester’s waterways, following the designation of this area as a Heritage Port.
The exhibition gazebo can be accessed from the canal towpath and will be located close to the steps from Whipcord Lane, adjacent to the Graving Dock.
Those participating in the Chester Heritage Port Walk will visit the exhibition as part of this walk.
