About the event

We are delighted to have Three Ravens premiere as part of the festival, written and produced by Clare Dudman.

For  a few years after the execution of Charles I, John Bradshawe, Chief  Justice of the Palatinate of Chester and Flintshire, was made the most  powerful man in the country.

Using  actual records of the trials in Chester and Flint, this is the story of  how John Bradshawe's judgement of three ordinary women in Chester  caused him to question all that he thought he knew.

Watch the trailer here.

Three Ravens will premiere on the Chester Heritage Festival YouTube channel at 7:30pm on Sunday 30th June.
